At Vedik Oils, we take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on products purchased.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@vedikoils.com.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the shipping process has commenced.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or product dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package.

How to report an issue:

Email us at contact@vedikoils.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and the original packaging.

Resolution:

Our team will review the details provided. If the issue is verified as a shipping damage or fulfillment error, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for the specific item.

Please note that no monetary refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Vedik Oils reserves the right to refuse any claim if the notification period of 48 hours has passed or if the product has been used or tampered with.
